POPIA Compliance

We ensure all employee data is handled lawfully, securely, and transparently, protecting individuals’ privacy rights in accordance with South Africa's data protection law.

Existing Employees

Onboarding & Consent

It is important to note that existing employees must be onboarded onto the system. During this process, they must be informed about POPIA and give consent for their personal and biometric information to be captured and used.

New Employees

Immediate Compliance

For new employees, POPIA must form part of the onboarding process at the point of arrival on the farm. Employees should sign consent immediately, ensuring compliance from day one and avoiding future legal or operational issues.
